I am a fish ecologist and Research Scientist at Fisheries and Oceans Canada in Moncton, New Brunswick . I recently completed my PhD supervised by Dr. Michael Power at the University of Waterloo and Dr. D. Andrew R. Drake from Fisheries and Oceans Canada.

My PhD research focused on the life-history, ecology and conservation of fish. I explored the impacts of urbanization and other threats on the population demographics, feeding habits and ecology of imperilled fishes.

My research program focuses on using traditional and contemporary fisheries science approaches to improve the management of fishes in the Gulf of the St. Lawrence.
